Subscription policy

Tracewell subscriptions are provided by Tracewell Software LLC. Questions about your subscription or cancellation can be sent to info@tracewellintegrations.com.

Plans and monthly renewal

Starter: USD $19 per month. Growth: USD $49 per month. Applicable sales tax is added where required. Plans include the workspace allowances shown on the pricing page; upstream AI-provider charges are separate.

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. A paid subscription begins only after completed checkout. Exploring the fictional demo or reserving the launch offer does not start a paid subscription.

Launch offer

The approved launch offer is 50% off the first paid month only: Starter USD $9.50 or Growth USD $24.50. Later months renew at the regular USD $19 or USD $49 monthly price, plus applicable tax. The launch discount does not repeat when an eligible customer cancels and subscribes again.

Cancellation

You can cancel future renewal through the subscription-management link in workspace Settings, which opens the secure Stripe Customer Portal. Choose the cancellation option and complete its confirmation. You can also contact info@tracewellintegrations.com for cancellation assistance.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. Access continues through that paid period, subject to the plan’s allowances. Cancel before the next billing date to prevent the next renewal. Deleting operational workspace data is separate from canceling a subscription.

Refunds and unused time

Payments are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Tracewell does not offer voluntary refunds for software subscription payments.

Cancellation does not automatically produce a prorated refund or credit for unused time in the current paid period. Nothing in this policy removes rights or remedies that applicable law requires.

Delivery and support

Tracewell is delivered online; no physical product is shipped. Your AI-provider subscriptions and other third-party charges are outside this policy. For billing questions, cancellation assistance or rights required by law, contact info@tracewellintegrations.com.
